  • ¼ cup of garlic hummus
  • ½ cup red peppers
  • ½ cup shredded carrots
  • ½ cup yellow peppers
  • 1 mini cucumber
  • ½ cup purple cabbage

This Veggie Hummus Wrap on Joseph’s Flax Lavash is the perfect vegan lunch on the go! Crisp, fresh, and full of flavor. Doesn’t get much easier than fresh, sliced veggies on top of a flavorful, garlic hummus. Quick Tip: Add feta crumbles or swiss cheese slices for more protein as a vegetarian option.


  1. Thinly slice all of your veggies into 1/4 inch strips.
  2. Spread garlic hummus onto the lavash, leaving a 1-inch border all the way around.
  3. Place an even layer of red peppers, shredded carrots, yellow peppers, cucumber, and purple cabbage on top.
  4. Roll it up from the bottom, pushing the vegetable ingredients towards you. Slice the wrap in half.
  5. Enjoy!
