Yes, and it will thaw out with the same fresh taste! If you are not going to eat the bread within the first 10-12 days, you should freeze it to maintain freshness. It is best to freeze it as close to fresh as possible. If you buy two bags and only intend to use one right away, freeze the second bag the day you purchase it. Both our Pita Bread and Lavash can be frozen up to 8 months!

All Joseph’s Bakery flour tortillas and wraps contain wheat. Milk and soy may also be found in our products, depending on the formulation. We do indeed ship to Canada! However, our flat rate shipping only applies within the US. If you are placing an order to be shipped to Canada, you will be charged the standard UPS shipping rates.
Unfortunately, we do not ship overseas. However, if you visit Netrition.com, you can find a lot of our products and they will ship to mostly anywhere in the world!
