- 1 Joseph’s Flax Wrap
- 1 grilled chicken breast
- 2 ounces pesto
- 2 ounces marinara sauce
- 1/4 cup of mozzarella cheese
- 1 ounce butter or spray oil
This recipe is inspired from the viral TikTok #tortillawrap trend! A simple, and genius, hack to make a mess-free wrap with your favorite ingredients. We made our Pesto Chicken Parm Folded Wrap with Joseph’s Flax Wrap for the added protein. All comes together in just 20 minutes!
Directions
- Lay your Joseph’s Flax Wrap out on a cutting board. Take a knife and make a cut from the center of the wrap down to the edge creating a single cut.
- On stovetop, grill chicken breast in a pan on medium-high until fully cooked through, about 2-3 minutes each side. Let rest for 10 minutes.
- Dice grilled chicken into 1/2 inch cubes.
- Use the four quadrants of your Joseph’s Flax Wrap to fill each section with grilled chicken, pesto, marinara sauce, and mozzarella cheese.
- Fold the wrap up by starting from the bottom left quarter, over itself until it looks like a triangle.
- Butter your panini press or pan and let grill for 5 mins or until crisp and golden brown on each side.
- Enjoy!
