- 1 package of Joseph’s Greek-Style Pocketless Pita (4 Pitas)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 8-10 oz steak, grilled or pan-seared and sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/3 cup kalamata olives, chopped
- 1/3 cup pepperoncini, chopped
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup tzatziki sauce
Greek Pita Nachos made with Joseph’s Greek-Style Pita Bread is the perfect game day appetizer! Made with fresh veggies, creamy tzatziki, and packed with Mediterranean flavors all on top of crispy homemade pita chips. A fun, shareable twist on classic nachos the whole crowd will love!
Directions
- Prep the pita chips. Preheat oven to 375°F. Cut Joseph’s Greek-Style Pita into triangles. Toss with olive oil and arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden and crisp.
- Assemble the nachos. Place baked Greek-Style Pita chips onto tray and evenly top with cooked steak, tomatoes, cucumbers, red onion, olives, pepperoncini, and feta cheese. Generously drizzle tzatziki sauce on top.
