Joseph’s has a line of Gluten Free Wraps but our other products do contain gluten.

We take care to ensure that there is no cross contamination so these gluten-free wraps are safe to eat. Along with through cleaning before the gluten-free wraps are baked, the wraps are tested to ensure that they contain no gluten and are safe for those with gluten sensitivity.

Yes! All Joseph’s Bakery products can be frozen for up to 1 year, and they will still thaw out with the same fresh taste! If you won’t be eating the bread within a few days after purchase, freeze it to maintain optimal freshness.

Our products typically stay fresh for 16-30 days at room temperature; however, it’s best to freeze them if you’re planning to enjoy the bread after that date. See below for specific product shelf lives.

If you have a question about a product you purchased, please tell us the name of the store where you purchased the product and the numbers printed on the front of the package containing a 5-digit number beginning with 23 followed by 6 numbers separated by colons (23XXX XX:XX:XX). Our product packages are stamped with a Julian date on the front of the bag that reflects the day they were baked. This is a five-digit number, i.e. 19073. The first two numbers indicate the year: 19 is for 2019. The last three numbers indicate the day of the year of the 365 days of the year: 73 is March 14.

Eight foods account for nearly 90% of all food-related allergic reactions: milk, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, shellfish, soy, and wheat. All Joseph’s Bakery flour tortillas and wraps contain wheat, milk, eggs and soy may also be found in our products, depending on the formulation. Joseph’s Bakery products do not contain peanuts, tree nuts, fish, or shellfish.
