4 pieces Joseph’s lavash bread
1/2 cup tomato salsa
7 oz shaved pastrami
7 oz low-fat ricotta cheese
About 3 oz baby spinach, trimmed
*Makes 4 servings
- Pre-heat oven to 410°F.
- Cover lavash with salsa, letting about 0,4 inches border around the edges. Garnish pastrami on top.
- Crumble ricotta over pastrami. Spice with salt and pepper. Roll up lavash to encompass stuffing.
- Place lavash on a baking tray, seam side down.
- Bake for 10 minutes or until stuffing is heated through.
- Cut in half on diagonal.
- Serve with spinach.
