4 pieces Joseph’s lavash bread
1/2 cup tomato salsa
7 oz shaved pastrami
7 oz low-fat ricotta cheese
About 3 oz baby spinach, trimmed

*Makes 4 servings


  1. Pre-heat oven to 410°F.
  2. Cover lavash with salsa, letting about 0,4 inches border around the edges. Garnish pastrami on top.
  3. Crumble ricotta over pastrami. Spice with salt and pepper. Roll up lavash to encompass stuffing.
  4. Place lavash on a baking tray, seam side down.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes or until stuffing is heated through.
  6. Cut in half on diagonal.
  7. Serve with spinach.
