Lavash-‘On-The-Go’-Sandwiches

Lavash sandwiches are just ideal when you need a fast, light, portable lunch or dinner. Throw a party, cut them into pinwheels and serve as appetizers. Lavash is good for anything! Also for your health as it is No Cholesterol, No Trans Fats, Low Carb Lavash.

Ingredients:

4 pieces of Joseph’s lavash
1/4 cup cream cheese or Neufchatel cheese
2 cups arugula, rinsed and dried
1 red bell pepper, finely sliced
1 carrot, shredded
1/2 red onion, finely sliced
Salt and pepper, to taste
Few sprigs of fresh dill, minced

*Makes 2 servings

Instructions:

  1. Split cream cheese among lavash and distribute evenly all over.
  2. Layer vegies and sprinkle dill over the cheese.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Serve as wrap or cut into pinwheels.
