4 pieces of Joseph’s lavash
1/4 cup cream cheese or Neufchatel cheese
2 cups arugula, rinsed and dried
1 red bell pepper, finely sliced
1 carrot, shredded
1/2 red onion, finely sliced
Salt and pepper, to taste
Few sprigs of fresh dill, minced
*Makes 2 servings
- Split cream cheese among lavash and distribute evenly all over.
- Layer vegies and sprinkle dill over the cheese.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve as wrap or cut into pinwheels.
