Greek Pita Pizza Snacks

  • 1- 6.5 oz. Pack Joseph’s Mini Pita Snacks
  • 2 tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 1/2 cup hummus ( homemade or store brand works just fine)
  • 2/3 cup chopped tomato
  • 2/3 cup chopped cucumber
  • 6 tbsp. chopped kalamata olives
  • 6 tbsp. chopped red onion
  • 4 tbsp. crumbled feta cheese
  • pinch of black pepper


  1. Lay out Joseph’s mini pita snacks on a platter or plate.
  2. On a cutting board, chop the tomato, cucumber, kalamata olives, and red onion.
  3. Mix chopped tomato, cucumber, olives and onion in a bowl to create the topping.
  4. Spread hummus onto each mini pita snack.
  5. Distribute the vegetable topping evenly onto each mini pita snacks.
  6. Sprinkle each pita with a bit of feta.
  7. Top with a pinch of black pepper to taste.
