‘Everything’s Better With Pineapples’ Pancakes

1 pack Joseph’s Pancakes
1 pineapple, peeled, cored and roughly sliced
200g natural yogurt
100g honey

*Makes 4 servings


  1. Heat up grill.
  2. Brown Lightly pineapple slices on each side.
  3. In the meantime toast Joseph’s pancakes under a medium grill or in a toaster.
  4. Arrange pineapple slices with the pancakes on plates.
  5. Garnish with yogurt and honey.
  6. Serve at once.
