1 pineapple, peeled, cored and roughly sliced
200g natural yogurt

- Heat up grill.
- Brown Lightly pineapple slices on each side.
- In the meantime toast Joseph’s pancakes under a medium grill or in a toaster.
- Arrange pineapple slices with the pancakes on plates.
