Which allergens are found in Joseph’s Bakery products?

Eight foods account for nearly 90% of all food-related allergic reactions. They are: milk, egg, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, shellfish, soy and wheat. All Joseph’s Bakery flour tortillas and wraps contain wheat. Milk and soy may also be found in our products, depending on the formulation.
