Ingredients:
2 Joseph’s whole wheat lavash bread, halved
3/4 cup broccoli florets, steamed and minced
1/4 cup (2 oz) neufchatel cheese
2 tablespoon non-fat Italian Dressing
Italian herbs/seasonings, to taste
12 oz. deli turkey breast, sliced
1/3 cup roasted red peppers, minced
2 oz gruyere cheese, shredded
*Makes 4 servings
Instructions:
1. Mix cream cheese, dressing and seasonings.
2. Combine broccoli, cream cheese mixture, turkey, and bell peppers in non stick frying-pan.
3. Cook on medium-high until thoroughly warmed.
4. Cover each piece of Joseph’s lavash with turkey mixture. Top with cheese.
5. Roll into 4 wraps.
