Ingredients:
3 big Joseph’s pita bread rounds, cut in half
1 3-oz package cream cheese
1 8-oz carton plain non-fat yogurt
2 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon mustard
1 12-oz luncheon meat, shopped
1/2 cup stoned black olives
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 big tomato
Chopped fresh basil leaves
*Makes 6 servings
Instructions:
1. Whip cream cheese until softened. Add yogurt, milk, and mustard. Mix all until well-blended and smooth.
2. Add luncheon meat and olives.
3. Fill halved Joseph’s pita bread rounds with mixture.
4. Put shredded cheese, chopped tomato, and basil on top of each sandwich.
