Ingredients:
3 Joseph’s pita bread rounds
Salt, cumin, chili powder, to taste
Salt and Madras curry powder, to taste
* Makes about 6 servings
Instructions:
1. Pre-heat oven to 350°F.
2. Divide 3 whole pita breads into 6 rounds.
3. Pile and slice into 6 wedges.
4. Place wedges in one layer on baking sheet. Bake until golden, around 10 minutes.
5. Spice chips with salt and Madras curry powder to taste.
