Ingredients:
1 pack Joseph’s Pancakes
1/3 cup of brown sugar
1 cup of sour cream
1 can Cherry pie filling
*Makes 6 servings
Instructions:
1. Fill each pancake with some sour cream mixture and roll up.
2. Put all pancake crepes seam side down in a baking dish.
3. Pour cherry pie filling over.
4. Bake crepes for 5 minutes in an 350°F oven.
